When you have your wife and 2 daughters using one shower , hot water is going to be in short supply. If you would like to have endless unlimited hot water then you have to take a lok at the Rinnai R94 - 199,000 BTU continuous water heater. With this unit you can have 2 showers running at the same time and unlimited hot water. You may pay more for the installation, but it is worth every penny.
